Brief Job Description

We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and people-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team at Sigil Creative Agency in BF Homes, Parañaque City.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main bridge between clients and our creative team. You’ll help ensure that every project runs smoothly — from content planning and client communication to campaign reporting and renewals. Your goal is to make sure clients feel guided, supported, and confident that their brands are in good hands.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and coordination skills – You can clearly explain ideas, relay feedback, and keep everyone on the same page.

  • Attention to detail – You can manage multiple brands and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Creative judgment – You can evaluate visuals, captions, and campaign ideas and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads and social media marketing – You understand how campaigns work and can explain key performance results to clients.
  • Problem-solving and initiative – You handle client concerns calmly, find solutions quickly, and know when to seek help.
  • Growth mindset – You’re open to learning, improving, and adapting in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain daily communication.
  • Understand each client’s brand, goals, and target audience to guide strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Specialist and creative team to plan campaigns and content calendars.
  • Review and send monthly editorial calendars for client approval.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and ad results.
  • Record meeting minutes, track action points, and send timely updates through email and Viber groups.
  • Use Monday.com and Slack to assign, track, and communicate tasks across the team.
  • Check client social media pages regularly to ensure timely posting and alignment.
  • Assist in problem resolution and communicate any concerns quickly to the Sigil executive committee.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services, including SEO or other digital solutions.
  • Prepare accomplishment reports and assist in contract renewals with clients.
