Brief Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to help our clients grow online. This is a full-time, on-site role based in BF Homes, Parañaque City.
You’ll be responsible for planning content, creating campaigns, and managing multiple social media accounts — turning ideas into real results like stronger engagement, brand visibility, and leads.

Skills Required
- Creative and strategic thinking – You can turn marketing goals into engaging content ideas and campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms – You know how Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok work, and what kind of content performs best on each.
- Experience with paid ads – You have hands-on experience running and managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, or you’re confident and eager to learn how to optimize them for results.
- Team collaboration – You communicate clearly and enjoy working with others to make creative ideas happen.
- Organized and dependable – You can manage different brands and deadlines while keeping quality high.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage social media content for different brands.
- Develop creative campaigns that tell stories and connect with audiences.
- Work with the creative team to ensure visuals and captions match each brand’s message and tone.
- Set up, monitor, and help optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Track performance and use insights to improve future content and campaigns.
- Research social media trends and explore new ways to make content stand out.
- Join brainstorming sessions and share ideas that help brands grow.
